Juliana's presence lit up a room.

She fought Neuroblastoma like a warrior, all with a smile on her face, until she took her last breath in my arms.

Juliana was only 2 1/2 years old.

We promised her that we would continue her fight so that no other parent would feel the way we do

Please help us continue the fight against Childhood Cancer!

High-risk metastatic neuroblastoma has long-term survival less than 45%, despite very intensive therapy. Current therapies for children with high-risk neuroblastoma are frequently ineffective and have a high degree of both short and long-term adverse side effects. New, cutting edge therapies with lesser toxicity but designed to specifically target molecular "Achilles heels" of high risk neuroblastoma are rapidly emerging and in early phase clinical trials as single agent treatments; however tumors often become resistant to these highly targeted therapies when they are given as single agents. A solution to this emerging resistance, which also may keep side effects to a minimum, is to combine multiple targeted therapies to look for synergistic interactions.

Juliana is currently featured on Hyundai's Hope on Wheels Page as their Hero 4 Hope!
